He is committed to fostering a culture of critical thinking and lifelong learning at Horizon Academy.
Sarah oversees the operational and financial health of the academy. With a background in corporate finance and a passion for organizational development, she ensures that Horizon Academy’s resources are optimized to provide the best possible environment for our students and staff.
Mrs. Vance believes that every child has a unique potential waiting to be unlocked. Under her leadership, Horizon Academy has implemented holistic student development programs. She is a recipient of the 'Excellence in School Management' award and holds advanced certifications in Montessori and STEAM education.
